Anonymously Report Incidents and Crimes

Silent Witness is the web-based version of the Campus Security Anonymous Tip Line. Please leave a detailed message including the WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN and HOW of the incident.

The JC Security Department occasionally offers rewards for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of offenders. Reward information will be posted on the Campus Security homepage.

For verification purposes, it is helpful if you include your name with the report. If you wish to remain anonymous, please enter a "code name" and "code number" that we can use to address correspondence. Reward information will be posted and referenced to your code name.

Remember to include all pertinent details including WHO was involved, WHAT happened, WHERE did the incident take place, WHEN did the incident take place, and HOW you obtained this information.

All reports are considered strictly confidential. The Security Department's e-mail system has been modified to delete any identifying information generated by your computer.
